I also have the BTG dual exhaust, it is the best mod I added. great sound, performance, but I would like to know if anyone had a problem with lining up the pipes even. It seems one side is lower and off centered somewhat. Their is some play and I guess I could shimmy it somehow. any ideas, I would appreciate. Gary

Hey Gary,
If you are unsuccessful, try taking it to your local muffler shop. Those guys have lots of experience making systems line up.
Good luck.
Joe

I have a giant bench vise. I took both tail hangers, clamped them individually in the vise, and bent them with a hammer upward until (when installed)I had a tight and balanced fit. It only took about 10 minutes to balance the exhaust tips.

...we adjusted our hangers also and used aftermarket rubber donuts that didn't stretch when they got hot like the stock ones did. Mine are lined up perfect and don't look all saggy now. I buy aftermarket parts for lot's of cars and I really haven't seen the quality that BTG has in any other brands. I run mine without the vortex inserts and the sound could be much louder before any one that has heard it would complain....nice and deep!
