I have BTG intake and mopar Bov installed as of yesterday afternoon . Mexican Pt if youn thought BTG was too loud you don't want BOV . I happen to like my setup but the bov is actually louder the the BTG sounds when you nail the throttle difference is now you make noise going up and down,lol !

Thanks again for setting me up with the BOV.
It came in yesterday, and I am looking forward to installing it this weekend.

Keep me in mind if you come up with any other "Toys" for my GT.

I purchased one from Tommy. No regrets, although I haven't recceived & installed it yet. My biggest question is the noise. If you're saying it's louder than a relatively loud exhaust system, then I'm not sure it's for me.

Don't get me wrong, I want the performance and turbo longevity benefits of dumping excess pressure from the intake...but is there anything else available on the market that can do this without all the noise. I know escaping air under pressure will always make some noise, but it wouldn't seem to be too difficult to increase the outlet area to decrease gas velocity, and reduce "hiss".

Any thoughts? Has anyone seen other options that would do the same job more stealthily?

You only get the pssssh when you let your foot off the gas (while under boost). With the stock radio cranked up I barely hear it when it goes off.

kidturbofan: Install the BOV with the Stage I it is a part that must be installed to gain the performance you want. The little bit of noise is minor. The gain you will get will be noticable!
