Default EXHAUST NOISE

HI EVERYONE. I JUST REMOVED THE TWO SILENCERS IN THE AIR BOX. NOW WHEN THE CAR IS IN PARK AND THE ENGINE ON WHEN I REV UP THE ENGINE IS IT NORMAL TO HEAR A "POP POP" SOUND COMING FROM THE EXHAUST? IF SO WHY? AND IF NOT WHAT COULD BE CAUSING IT? PLEASE HELP ME. THANKS ALOT.

i personally think there is no such thing as exhaust "noise"...but to each there own... I'm pretty sure that has nothing to do with removing the silencers in the air box... The poppop is courtesy of the so called "performance tuned" exhaust on the GT's... cough cough B.S. .....cough cough

Keep in mind that there is a rev limiter (approx 3,500) when not in drive. The pop-pop will occur when it kicks in!
