OK Boys and girls tonight I am going 1/4 mile racing,I am going to try the silencers in and out,try the air filter in and out,different size air bleeds in the wastegate hose(.025,.030 and.035).I expect the silencers to do nothing,the air filter out to do very little,but bleeds to do as much as 1/2 sec.&4 mph.Then i am putting my stage 1 on,i was considering putting it on at the track,but with weather correcting every run i feel this is not necessary.OLDHEAD(not dead yet)

I was in NC this week and took my PTGT to the Mooresville Dragway and ran it down their 1/8 mile track.[8)][8D]

I only got 3 runs in before it started raining, but in those 3 runs I hit 10.5, 10.9 and 10.3, getting to between 68 & 69MPH.

The only things done to my PT is the two airbox silencers are gone, I've switched to Mobil-1 5W-30 and I have the Mopar BOV installed.

I was amazed at some of the straight line monsters that were there that night! When I get my pictures developed I'll post some of them, but to give you an idea, I had my doors blown off by some monster car that ran a 5.5! The thing had a hood scoop that was about 18" high. The craziest thing was it had NC tags on it!

Just to put that 5.5 in perspective, there were people running motorcycles that were hitting 5's.

I was psyched to be able to run on a track. Here in CT, I have to go to NH, NY or NJ to find a track so it was cool to find a track 1/2 hour away from where I was staying in NC.
