Hello all,
2003 PT GT 2.4 Turbo, 72k. My car is givinig me a P0300 misfire code. It seems to be a sort of a "non-curable cancer." I replaced the plugs, wires, ran premium through Her with seafoam; and it still misfires. It is also really hard to start from a cold start. Once she does start, she idles very rough and even dies sometimes when coming to a stop. I wish there was some magic gertter flux I could replace that would fix it all. Can you tell me what might be wrong with my PTGT? Thanks, nate |

Nate,
The best thing to do is find a mechanic with a scanner tool. The tool will break down the P0300 misfire even further so you can fix the right part. I've read in some forums where P0300 can even mean there's something wrong with the EGR system.
