Default sway bar installed by dealer

I just had my rear bar put on by the dealer. No Charge under Warranty. I dont have a site to post my pic. to but if any one wants a copy of the .bmp email me and I will send it to ya. Dont know if it makes a differance yet or not. It beats a blank and no cost. It was not my dealer doing me a favor, it was a Warranty under missing parts.

It is OK to recognize the dealer for sucking it up and doing the right thing!(Sometimes this happens against all odds.)

SteelBlueGT,
As I assume you are trying to get yours done, what else would you expect your dealer to say? The Rep. oked the work. The owner, service manager, and sales manager all said it was warranty work under missing parts. I really dont care as it was not out of my pocket. I would hope that you could talk them into it, I just flat out told them the first day in the car, the only thing I would accept was the work done or they could have the car back, period! I wish you luck, but I think you have played all your cards and you have a **** dealer who is not going to take care of you. Sorry.........

LAF I think your dealer should get an at-a-boy just like YORK Chrysler Jeep in Prescot AZ did the work for another member on April on his 03 PT. I tink all dealers should do that if asked! My car is leased for 5 1/2 years so not sure if you got a better dealer or you are a better negotiator, or you got them convinced it was your way or no sale!! Let me say this, if DC did pay then why wouldn't all the dealers act as heroes and ask for the missing parts?? My service manager made it clear to me these are not missing parts and the only mistake was putting a statement on the window sticker that could be misinterpreted.
