Can you use another brand of coolant in an 05 turbo rather than the 32.00 a gal mopar coolant?

It has to be a HOAT antifreeze, Hybrid Organic Acid Technology. If you use the wrong antifreeze you can get bad corrosion in your system and/or your waterpump could fail. Keep in mind it's a 5 year/150k mile antifreeze. It's not like you are changing it every year. It's not that expensive when you average it out over it's life expectancy.

zerex G5. it runs around 13.00 a gallon at your local carquest or napa.
