go back and recheck your vacume lines and make sure there all hooked up and zip tied and no kinks.
what you can also do is boost leak test. go to home depo or lowes and get a 2" plumming cap and get a tire valve stem and put it in the center of the cap.
put it on the turbo inlet and fill the system with air. if you hear any leaks use a bottle of soap and water to pin point the source and either replace the line or zip tie it so it dont leak and repeat till you boost guage holds steady pressure. if it doesnt hold and slowly drops you still have leaks.
