cold engine gives you 11 or 12 warm eng gives you 9 to 10. 14 is what everyone says , I ran 14 for 3 months but got an engine lite every day. disconnect batt resets it. Now I have fooled the computer, and I run 18 on the street every day for the last 2 months, haven't been to the track yet, but did blow the doors off a chevy and he told me he turns the mid 13. At the time I ran him I was running 20 lbs of boost full throdle and no light, it is at 1/2 throdle that I need to watch. read the art in sport compact car oct 2003. it has all about the way the eng was built and from that U can come up with your own boost amount.

ptgt....The stock pcm will handle 17psi(give or take a pound..). Anything over that for any time over 2 seconds and the pcm shuts down the injectors...I also recommend an electronic one like the Greddy I have, You can set 2 boost levels and switch between them at your option. Stock and not stock...Check eBay... Good luck.
