Show me the data to support the claim that there is any difinitive link to automobile emmisions in depleting the Ozone and/or any perceived melting of the ice caps.
I challenge you to provide that information, because you cannot. No-one can because it does not exist. It is all theory and conjecture.

I never said that *YOU* said anything at all, did I?

I simply stated my position.

And it's funny how you preach "If you do not have to release it in to the atmosphere then why do it?" and "Watch out smog police." all in one post.

Ummm...could be get back on topic here? I think we were discussing LEGALITY issues. This is not a political forum and it always gets nasty when these issues arise. We all have our own beliefs. Let's talk about cars...the common denominator.

Cal you are right, but it is the lowest common denominator! I don't care how right wing triple jack is cause he quotes my fav Citizen, Politician, Inventor, Writer, Scientist, City Planner, Philanthropist, and Revolutionary!! Don't think old Ben would be for the Patriot Act either!!!

Well, it's one of those topics that neither of us is going to change our minds on. Would you agree that Paris is the capital of France? Good.....now that we're back in agreement........

Oh, and just for the record, I'm not 'Right-Wing' (a term Liberals love), I just argue based in fact, and not emotion, conjecture,'feelings', etc.If you really want to know, I lean more towards the Libertarians.
