Default oily situation...

hi guys.... i think i might have to change my oil pan ...my drain plus is almost new (was changed by the car dealer just before i baught it). I made the mistake of having an oil change at wallmart (i knw i know! i use synthetic, but they put a regular oil filter, wich gets me concern that they might have put regular oil but charged me syn..) they clerk at the counter said that the plug was striping and that i needed to check that....

I did my oil change couple days ago and the plug was a bitch to take out (did it with pliers) and when it was time to put it back, halfway it was jigly...so we've put a couple thickness of teflon tape, and to make sure, an o-ring lol.....

So far its not holding badly....im waiting money to buy the pan and gaske from the dealer (only one who carry it around here). 190$ for the pan and 18 for the gasket...canadian of course.....

But do i really need to change it, and is there any trick to make it easier?

thanks so much!
