Default Wastegate Info Needed

I am contemplating purchasing a Rage Wastegate. I need to know the difference between an SRT and PT wastegate. I believe that I read somewhere that the mounting brackets are different. I do not know the difference, if any in the actuator rod. Is one straight and the other bent?
I've contacted Neon Parts.com about the Rage unit they sell, but they didn't know if this item was specific or generic to either car.
Could really use some informative help here.
Thanks, Phil

the WGA on the srt-4 and the PT GT are the same. however the large bracket that is on the back of the head that supports the intake manafold gets in the way. i am working with AGP on making a new WGA that will fit the GT cruiser.

i will post when there is a WGA that fits our cars.

thanks tommy

One of the items that comes with the Stage II is a new WGA. So all you need to do is to get that pn, right???

But it's gotta come from somewhere, made by somebody, for someone, awww forget it. Anyway, keep at it. BTW, did you specifiy any particular performance and finish criteria for the WGA?

So if any Stage II part fails(no warranty)(and you know parts never fail) you have to buy a complete $1500.00 stage II kit to replace it. Now that really makes me want to buy one. Just more good news every day.

when stage I came out there wasn't a warranty on parts either, but when some of the srt4 guys had problems dcx (Gina) took care of them. if there is a problem out of the box i am sure there is a way to get help from dcx.

the other day i had a stage I ecu fried and the only way i could replace it was by ordering a new stage I kit. now the customer has an extra set of injectors.

as far as fit and finish, AGP makes a good WGA and i would like to have one that works and it doesn't have to look fancy.

The kit parts will be available individually - however not until a few months after the complete kit comes out. We realize that you don't want to buy the entire kit over if a single part goes south, and there are those that will want to pick and choose.
