SEMA 2003 - Waaayy to much testosterone - in a good way

I haven't seen a topic on this yet, so I'm adding one. I was lucky enough to go to SEMA and look around, and oh yeah, work. I make the Bone Creeper - www.bonecreeper.com - if you haven't seen one, check it out, any of you gearheads would love one. Just had to plug it. I asked about the SRT-4 - that's what that crowd was looking for, but everything can probably be modified - no suing me though! OK, now for the goodies. - Nate

2 lightweight crank pulleys Type S part 02010030 - $249 retail, Type Ultra R part 030110102 - $199 retail - yeah, they're a bit steep

They also have a lightweight flywheel and racing clutch, but I couldn't find the part numbers.

Turbo Upgrade Kit for SRT-4 - only pictured in flyer, but looks to include turbo, header, blowoff pipe and downpipe

Blow Off Hard Pipe Kit for SRT-4 (are they calling us names?!) - includes valve and pipe - keeps boost consistent supposedly

Torque Proportioning Differentials - read limited slip - made to replace stock diff, but I don't know if they have one to fit the GT, they have versions for four wheelers, drag racers and trucks too

Limited Slip Differential Insert - goes into a stock diff for $300 - modern performance sells these, one fits the SRT-4, but they have a different tranny - bug the h*** out of 'em guys - we need one - just think 2 glorious patches through first and second gear - I can dream, can't I?

Standard Boost Controller (SBC) - all that is necessary for us - works up to about 20 psi - this and the blow off valve were recommended by the kid in the booth

Blow Off Valve Type H-RFL (stands for really fill-in-the-blank loud) - this is supposed to be genuinely obnoxious - I'm gettin' one! They also have quieter versions for you conservative types. Handles up to 25 psi

Dual Stage Boost Controller (DBC) - if you can get the computer to not wig out, you can run silly boost when you flip the aircraft switch - you know, like for arming a missile - then you can have a lower setting for "normal" driving - cool

SRT-4 Kit - includes the first two items and all the plumbing needed, it's on their site - about $500

TurboXS has a SRT-4 that they're working on with about 300 at the wheel - so they're doing all right. They did say that a header and no cat didn't help, so just do cat-back. FYI

Turbo Timers and Electronic Boost Controllers - you guys already know about them, but check out the craziness - these people make me look sane!

Lightweight Brakes - that look wild - I haven't a clue if anything fits the GT, but Stoptech has a kit if you want it

And those are the cool ones. There were others, but they were really standard like Borla and Magnaflow. Feel free to comment or add! -Nate
