Default Mopar Cat-Back...Calling 3BarBoost

3BarBoost,
Looks like we have more confusion from the Mopar catlog. It is very unclear wether Mopar is making available a 2.5" cat-back exhaust for the TURBO PT that has an outlet just on the drivers side. I asked Tommy Thrift and he said it looks like the Turbo version cat-back is a dual exhaust version. If that is true that means we would be forced into having to buy a new rear-facia, have it painted to match, and than have it installed...something most of us would not be willing to do.

Please clear this up for us.

Thanks,
Deen

You can cut your rear fascia with a butter knife to match the other side's opening. There's also aftermarket stainless pieces to guard the plastic from the pipes.

Jody's right, if you were at PCF 3 the BTG guys were installing exhausts there and they just used a box cutter.

Their are three cat-back systems for PT. One dual outlet for the Turbo, and a single and dual outlet for the Natural. You could put the smaller single outlet cat-back on if you so desire.

However the fascia is easy to cut...

Well I think the sledge in my truck might do a good job at wacking holes into a bumper

I used the BTG template, taped the area off well to avoid scratching, and cut the vinyl with an extra fine blade in my power jig.
It went like butter.
Finish with a fine round file and it looks for all the world to be stock.
