Default Are these any good?

Hi there,
I'm driving a 2004 2.4 turbo since october, and I love it to bits!
I'm thinking of upgrading the plugs and wires, and came across this set on e-bay
Are these any good, does any of you use them, and what is your opinion?
cheers, Jan- the Netherlands

Wonder what the measured impedance across the wire reads....

Anything is better than stock, I'll say that much.

^^^ Agree.

That's cheap for plugs + wires.

I bought that same set and have been running them on my GT for close to a year now. No issues installing and appear to be holding up well so far.

That is exactly the part that had me worried....
NGK plugs come in at whopping 13 euros a piece over here, and I hadn't even checked the wires

Thanks for your help, I'll give them a try, and share my findings here.
Jan

Absolutely replace wires with ones that meet OE specs.

Standard Motor Products would be a safe bet, or used ones that meet factory specs.

I've heard (but not seen) solid core wires frying the PCM.
Low/No resitance/Solid core wires WILL fry Megasquirt IGBT's, learned the hard way;
engine does run pretty good on two cylinders ...

OE Champions work well, better than many that are 3x more expensive.
