I am currently fiddlin with a mbc and i am wondering how much boost i should run or could run with stock injectors. my boost guage reads 10-11 psi stock and i am now running my guage to 16psi is this too much for stock injectors their is no detonation noises as i run a bottle of octane boost as well.[:I]

Octane Boost = Lies
I believe the max is 15psi on stock injectors...anyone with an air/fuel gauge care to confirm?

She means the octane booster they sell at stores is a bunch of crap. It does next to nothing for your octane. It's a waste of money.

I would NEVER add that "Octane *&^%" to an engine. Waste of money/time.
In fact the manual warns against it.

Heres a general theory that works well....
"If its too good to be true, it probably is." Buying a $2 bottle that boosts your full tank of gas to 105 or even 110 octane sounds too good to be true. If additives really worked, higher octane fuels at gas stations would be nonexistant.

i was told to add 2 bottles to a tank of 92 may equal 98 octane but as in my new topic it don't make a difference 15psi is max for me until you guys stop buying stage 1 so i can get it no stage 1s left

the octane boost additive is a play on words - it will boost your octane .1 points for eavery gallon ( bottle says this ) so approx . - 1.5 total point change for every bottle to 15 gallon tank - means if you put in a tank of 87 it will boost to 88.5 octane
