I paid about $820 for the BOV, Stage 1, AND install. But would like a breakdown on the parts and labor to know how much I actually paid for each item and labor costs. The "stealer" I'm dealing with has me guessing on just about everything. My 02 Stew

well BOV is about $60, and stage 1 is good for $400, so your being charge about $360-tax = not a bad price really...

I got the Mopar BOV for Christmas and put it in last Friday. Took about an hour and 15 minutes. Only three bolts but that one is tricky. Directions from Mopar were good, I used a long pry bar to hold the oil line up to install the new bolt. Plenty of clearance once bolt was in. My suggestion is to wear mechanics gloves as the edges on the head castings are real sharp! I got it in without a scratch. Small how-to on my site at www.newjerseycruisers.com

I just installed mine today, took about an hour. Thanks to info on here, I bought the Stanley ratchet wrenches beforehand and they already paid off with just this job.

My instructions and pics here: http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/478371/12

installed my car farter by myself. I use my mechanic gloves and took the time to tie the line out of the way. its a pain, but tears and cussing are free. plus you get to learn where everything is...I never really looked before.
