I would be thrilled if my dealer would fix it in the first visit! No matter what the problem, three visits to fix. IMO, they shouldn't be in business.

I got pretty much the same problem .Last night I PUT MY MOPAR BOV ON AND REMOVED THE SNORKEL .NOW AT PARTIAL THROTTLE MY CAR COUGHS THEN GOES LIKE CRAZY . DIDNT KNOW IF THE COMPUTER IS TRYING TO LEARN THE NEW AIR FLOW OR WHAT HOPE NOTHING SERIOUS. FIGURED I WOULD RUN IT FOR A FEW DAYS AND SEE IF IT GOES AWAY IF NOT I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THE SUITS AND HOPE THEY DONT SCREW ANYTHING ELSE UP WHILE ITS THERE

I've done those same mods and I have not had anything like that. I would recheck everything to ensure it is together properly, especially the breather hose (I missed that once, paranoid ever since, heh).

How did you tighten the surge valve bolts?

sandylolee...glad to hear you had a quick and PAINLESS fix! I've got an appointment Monday to have mine looked at. Please keep your fingers crossed for me~! This is the first time I've had to have the dealer do anything but smile and take my money! I quess I'll see if they are truly a "5 Star" dealer...if that means #### !
