The inserts are the best if you are automatic.

That's what I have but I'm 5sp. I was told it shakes too much for an automatic, and turns unbearable when you use the AC.

I have the poly inserts, auto tranny and its about all you would want in an auto. I have a vibration thats slightly noticable stopped in drive with AC off. Stopped in drive, AC on....you definitely feel it but not bad.

Some with solid mounts and auto say the wipers bounce off the windshield if stopped in drive and AC on.

I did bump my idle up slightly using my diablo programmer to lessen the vibes. You can also make some very firm mounts by filling the factory with urethane.

i had poly inserts on my old auto. worked great and no issues. on the Neon i had inserts them went to solids and went back the stock mounts and filled the inserts since the solids were vibrating the insides since i gutted the car. sold them to some kid who now has a vibrating dash and other parts lol. there is nothing wrong with inserts or filled mounts. they work just fine.
