hmm drag slicks, do a nice burn-out to warm the tires, avoid the water....

How many RPM before letting the clutch out? Is there something I can do that doesn't involve changing any parts?

I launch at 1900 rpms - 2100rpms seems to work out the best for me. no turbo lag but a ****e load of tire spin. seems that their are very few that can keep with me past 1st gear

My car spun the front wheels way too much yesterday, it seems I was trying to launch very hard, I'll try those revs next week.
I passed every single car I ran against in 3rd gear, I just want to be able to launch faster so I can compete against faster cars.

You have to learn to feather the clutch more. All our torque is available from about 2400 RPM's according to DC which is good. I rev to about that then slip the clutch until I gather some speed. To much though and you hop and spin but just right and you have a good head of boost when the clutch is all in.

feathering clutch is fine but if you do it wrong too many times=premature wear

1- rev to 2,300-2,400 rpm. NO HIGHER
2- as the last stage light turns on start to release the clutch 3- SLIP the clutch, while at about 1/2 - 3/4 throttle 4- by about 4,200-4,400 the clutch should be pretty damn close to all the way out, then hit WOT. 5- at aprrox 5,600-5,800, punch in the clutch as you let off the throttle a little bit, hit 2nd gear 6- as you're letting the clutch out, by the time it's about 1/2 out, go WOT again... This should give you a good 60 foot time, let us know how it works out!

I'll try all of this, one more thing though, how many miles will my clutch last if I do this often?
