Default has anyone tryed the CryO2 systems

I was wondering if anyone has tried the CryO2 system with there Turbo I have heard good things from a few people who use it on other types of Cars the idea behind the product seam sound and it had a atvantage since no gas in taken in to the Intake they can't void your warranty ... it uses a cooling ball in side the air tube just before the throttle body and the gas then is sprayed on the front side of the intercooler at about -200 .. so what you get from this system is colder and dencer air and this should make more HP

I thought about that, but the thing ain't cheap, that's for sure.I get about the same results at the track from a $1 bag of ice, although it's obviously not quite as convenient.

the problem is that on the turbo pts the computer is what adjusts the boost . So in this case ,yes you are running dencer air which on most turbo cars would give you more hp but on ours the computer cuts back on the boost to compinsate and still gives you the same hp . now correct me if im wrong but this is the way I understand it .

Well, I wanted to test the 'bag-O-ice' theory on the dyno the other day, but they wouldn't allow me enough time to do it.At the track I typically let the bag of ice sit on the intake until it's completely melted and the intake is cold to the touch.I know this gives me at least a tenth in the 1/4, but I wanted to verify it.

I'll hafta check whren I go get a smoke later.I *think* it's like 1024 or something.Ya know what I was wondering is what does one do about the numbered badge on the dash if for some odd reason you should need to replace it? I'm gonna ask the dealer about that next time I am there.

I'd assume anyone running an IC sprayer would have invested in a boost controller. Bypass the the WGA solenoid, up your boost to take advantage of the cooler intake charge, and you're good to go The PCM dumps fuel to lower those egt's - the cooler charge will take care of that, so now add more air (boost) to bring the AFR's back to the 12's
