Talking WOT On Auto Tranny!

I kno everyone says not to wide open throttle (WOT) in 4th gear if u have a stage 1 and auto tranny. This is so u don't blow ur trans but isn't it rated at 250 hp at the crank? If the stage 1 only puts u in the 230s hp power wise why should we be able to go wot in 4th? Just asking out of curiosity.

They actually say don't wot even in the stock gt. 4th is the weak point. Even on the na cruisers wot can shorten if not kill the transmission.
