Default Fuel Cut-Off Defencer

someone told me of a Map Clamp(FCD) and I found good ones and cheap ones on ebay. just wondering if its ok to install it with my boost controller? i guess i will be consuming more fuel maybe lose a few MPG but if it helps from stopping the ECU from interffering them Im all for it. Also is the cheap resistor a waste.

BTW Im currently not running the Boost Controller just so no one screams at me

i know this is an older post but imo, stop wasting your money on ancient technologies and get yourself a used DSP. Let the PCM control your boost the way it was designed. It keeps all the fail safes in place
Sell that MBC & FCD to the Honda crowd

Of course most available ECU/PCM controllers for PT's are considered dinosaurs in some circles. But you do have a point of the Radio Shack ECU calibration parts!
