Heartthrob 2.5"
Had my Heartthrob 2.5" single exhaust installed today. It's not loud at all. It's a little quieter than the BTG 2.25" axleback I had on. My wife says you can still hear me in the parking lot
 . Didn't really get to open it up a bit as I had my wife in the car all day. Did seem to pull stronger with the short bursts of accelleration I got away with her there  . I'll know better when I am in the car by myself

I checked out the muffler and it was a flow through design and well made. I had seen someone had said the muffler was a Z design flow and not flow through and I didn't want that. The whole system is well made and being under $230 to my door I'm very happy about getting it.

Wakin' up this topic.  Hey ! Mean Green, (or anybody) How about an update on this exhaust ? What do you like ? Not like ? I've got $200.00 burning a hole in my pocket. AND I haven't bought anything all day.

Still loving the Heartthrob. Sound is a little deeper now after break in and a few more cool pops when I let off of the gas and coast. I'm very happy with it and for the money you can't beat it. Still feel it gave me some more go with the 2 1/2" piping and flow through design. Pretty close to ordering my DP w/high flow cat. Can't wait to get that installed along with it.[?]

Thanks for the update. It sounds like some more horses for Mean Green! I don't know if modifying without Stage 1 is doing anything for my performance, but it should sound better anyway.
