Actually, the mopar BOV spring can only hold up to 18 psi or so. Not the S3 26psi the srt-4's are getting which completely gets rid of the stock turbo and surge valve/BOV and replaces it with a new turbo and BOV and other components. PT's were only going to get S2(not anymore) with 18 psi max. The advantage of the Forge is the ability to run upwards of 20-22psi without leak. If you don't believe me, try capping your turbo's bottom outlet. That outlet is a bleed off back to intake. If you cap it your mopar unit will start popping open about 2800-3200rpm's with the part throttle boost. I know, I've tried it to get more boost, but it blew the mopar unit wide open!

I must have too much money. I have a HKS SSQV bov on my GT. I love the sound and it is adjustable.

Hey Tom! Yup, I guess you have deeper pockets than we do. [] But seriously, The Forge and Boomba BOV's have pressure rated springs which allow you to hold boost at higher level than the Mopar one. By the way, the Mopar one is just a conversion kit. It allows you to vent to the atomsphere rather than throw it back to the intake, but that's all. And the stock suppressor does leak on higher boost. Don't believe me? Just hook up a MBC and turn up the boost to about 18psi. Even if you don't have a Mopar BOV, if you have an open air intake like the BTG, you will hear it blowing back big time. The Forge and Boomba replace both the Surge suppressor and Mopar Bov and they don't leak.
