sorry, I am not a gearhead on turbos and all the electronic gadetry that goes into it but give me a normally aspirated engine and I can talk shop all day. what does the spring do that is mentioned above? if it is to delay the opening of the BOV then why not just disconnect it. the turbo is so small it probably does not produce more boost than the engine can handle so I guess I do not understand whe a BOV is needed
