Default Best location for an HKS SSQV

04 PT GT 5-speed

Just got the car recently and looks like my first mod will be an aftermarket bov. I've had the ssqv on a few other cars of mine and love the sound. I know the mopar plate is cheaper but no I don't want one, I really hate the sound of them no offense to those who like it.

I've read around the forums and seen a few posts on them and looks like the best spot to mount it is going to be on the upper cold pipe. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience mounting one in another location? Anyways if you've installed an aftermarket bov on your car and have any recommendations I'm an open book as long as its not the mopar plate.
