Default 430hp 450lb tq hold on to your shorts

i just got back from FL. today for some chrysler school and while i was down there i meet up with Frank the owner of (xtremeboost.com) and also Hector's brother-in-law from Exhaust Depot. i rode in Hectors car and man that thing is crazy fast. but they have another srt4 in his shop that belongs to one of his customers. this thing has an equal lenth tublar manifold and upgraded turbo that Frank designed and all kind of other goodies. like i said in tha topic this thing puts down 430hp and 450lb tq to the wheels on 23lbs of boost, if you check around no one else can lay down this kind of power on such low boost psi.

this kit will fit on the Gt Cruiser and i should be tring one out sometime this summer, i need to add a few more things to my setup before i add this kind of power maker. i see no problem in laying down 400whp if i can keep the trans in the car.

any how go check out Frank's web site, email him . i think this kit will be awsome.

I'm not to sure if the GT's 41TE Transmission can take that kind of power. I even have doubts that the Getrac 5-Speed can handle that either. However, I can be wrong too [B)].

Before 3BarBoost was gagged he had posted the trannies were rated for a little under 300 Ft. Lbs. of torque. Not that the trannies couldn't handle a little more but that there service life would be less than 100K miles. I've also read a post or two on the SRT4 site that upgraded axles and upgraded clutch will be recommended if one decides to go with Stage 3 (roughly 300 HP). Of course our trannies are not as strong as the SRT4 5-spd.

Tommy, I wanted to contact you. Please post your work number again

Thanks, Deen

I haven't been able to get a response from Level ten. The following is what I've received so far for my efforts. :-( I probably need to rephrase the question.

M~

SKĀ® 604 / 606
Shift Kit
A604 41TE A606 42LE
1988-2002
Includes case accumulator and valve body parts. For commercial and normal
usage. Upgrades early design to later specs. Optional shift feel changes.

This kit will increase your transmission's durability without harsh shifts
(you'll be able to feel them, but they wont be rough) It comes with very
detailed instructions, however I would recommend professional installation
if you are not familiar with transmission repair.
your cost is $21.12.

Also recommended is a protection kit which includes a replacement cooler,
inline filter and Lubegard supplement for
$49.95 http://www.txchange.com/ptk.htm

We accept all major credit cards.
Please call 800-776-1191 (503-284-0768) or fax 503-280-1655 to order.

Thanks for the inquiry,
Greg

#1, Level Ten, for what they charge, should build you a transmission out of platinum. They don't. Wouldn't recommend them.

#2, The txchange kit sounds like valve bodies, etc, which will increase the longevity of your transmission, but won't really give the gears and clutches any additional ability to handle more power. By firming up the shifts, it will give you the most out of your existing transmission because it is reducing slip time.
