Sorry, your pictures are showing a stock, 03 GT Automatic ecu.

Sorry for thread necromancy, just want to clear something up on this.

Cindy told me that NA cores do not work for Turbo cars. True? Or did she tell me that just to sell me the Stage 1 she had sitting on the shelf rather than use the 05 NA core I'd picked up cheaply?

Sorry for some reason I didn't notice this thread before. Anyway, I can't tell you why she told you that, but it is simply untrue. The 05 NA core can be used. Maybe she got confused and thought you wanted to send her an 03 core; which cannot be used for an S1? I don't know, but the 05 NA core definitely can be used and has been used by multitudes of people.

Edit. The proof is in the picture. With a bit of water applied you can see the 327 of the 05 NA cores original label peaking through from below the S1 label. The S1 label is actually two layers, so its not as clear as it would be if only one lable was there, but if you look closely you can still see it:
