Default Boost leak help

So I got my PCM issues worked out thanks to Myckee, and he also was able to hook me up with a Stage 1 PCM. I have an 05 limited.

However, I've been having an ongoing problem with a p2074 code getting thrown everytime I push the engine hard. I was hoping to get this worked out before I install the stage 1 and do the manual quick learn procedure. For awhile I'd been looking for a vacuum leak as the cause, but I realized that it had to be a boost leak if it's only happening a higher revs.

To make a long story... longer, I made myself a smoke machine and pushed smoke into the intake and found it leaking out of the injectors. Pulled the injectors out and examined the o-rings. They seemed fine and I compared them to the o-rings on another cruiser I have. Identical condition, no cracks, stiff, but still pliable. Cleaned them off and put everything back and I still have the problem.

Anyone else seen this? Is it just the o-rings I need to replace? Should I go with thicker rings? If I replace the rings and the same thing is happening what would I be looking at next?
