Air Max Intake System

Hey Cal,

Already removed them and made 15.2 seccond flat in the strip. added an adjustable boost controller runing at 14 PSI and I an now in the 14.7 sec in the strip, an entire second faster than the car in the stock mode. all of the mods have cost me so far $130.00 and already in the 14 sec club. now looking to join the 13 sec club, but no WRX tricks! (I am staying in the 14-16 PSI range, the rating the car is adjusted).

there is an Chrome COLD air intake system, I have it and it I gained about 1 1/2 lbs of boost,with only the air box replacement and with the turbo up system, my gain was almost 3 lbs of boost

Inferno Red GT, chrome wheels, chrome AMP fuel door, chrome side spears, PT Cruiser 3rd light diffuser, silencers removed from airbox...ain't this car fun?!?!?

the chrome air intake is by a guy in Florida, i got the turbo up and what a differance, I was going to buy the air box one for 170. but after looking at the pic and i went for the turbo up $270. it was hard to install because he used 3" hoses and pipe and the turbo is 2 1/2 he used bushings but his instructions were very good. a freind also has a turbo he has ordered the turbo up now because i leave him at redlights, and at 60 mph we both nail it ,he can't stay with me this thing is great. and the shock is that my mpg is better by 2 mpg. i guess he want mind if print his e-mail address AMX1397@aol.com

If you read the topic placed by me titled "custom air intake" there are pics of the set-up. Installed it on my car and it performs better, sounds better and my mileage got a little better. Jim is a good guy to deal with. At this time he is working on the lower system running off the turbo. Can be added later. You can't go wrong here for the price.
