Default Magnecor's installed

Put the Magnecor wires in today and was very happy with the result. Throttle response is most excellent and the engine purred strongly throughout the rpm range. Much better aftermarket wires whether Magnecor, Crane or MDS are a must for the serious and not as serious enthusiasts. Also, seeing first hand how the hyperground improves throttle response and smoother running, these two mods together go hand in hand and will put a big smile on your face

What size Magnecor wires did you use and do you think a Screamin Demon Hi-Power Coil Pack would be appropriate, especially for a STAGE 1 car? What kind of spark plugs are you using and what is the gap setting? Thanks.

The wires are 8.5mm.....I have heard ASE certified mechanics on all of the forums state that the factory coil puts out more than enough juice. It would be a waste of money.....I am using the factory Copper Plus plugs and they are gapped at .040.
