Default Any suggestions on how to rout my new exhaust

Exhaust and BOV present some problems and I can't get the hood closed either. Man I hope this tranny holds up!
It worked OK in the original Johny Lighting car but it's a shoehorn job getting it into the PT. And it's a daily driver too!
