Hey guys. You do need a wrench to turn the lock nut. I had toy/keychain adjustable wrench laying around so i droppped it in the glove box. Works perfect.
On another note. Gave the HBC another turn in today. It didn't seem to raise the boost any. Still jumped to 13-14 then dropped back to 8-10. Although today i rolled to about 10mph then nailed it. It bogged for a second then BAM took off like a rocket. I think it can go a few more turns but i'm gonna drive around a day for each setting to make sure BLUE likes it. Plus, as one of our pioneers of this mod said, "BABY STEPS" is the way to go. I'm keeping a close eye on this BOV setup peeps are working on here and over on the SRT board. I tell ya, you CAN NOT BEAT THIS mod for $50 & 15 mins of your time! Just my .02

Mich - With all these great experts laying it all out for us...how can we go wrong??!!!

Havent installed mine yet..but seems that both are relatively easy mods.
Got my Boost Controller from an eBay seller that happen to have a warehouse in my area...no shipping or sales tax for $195.
I got a TurboXS like Deez92, but mine is a Dual Stage, able to be switched between boost settings from inside the cabin.
Ordered my gauges from RPMoutlet.com.
They seemed to be the only ones with an Autometer "Lunar Series" Pyrometer.
JCWhitney, Jegs's, SummitRacing and a ton of others have gauges on the web.
I went with the Lunar...according to Ripster they match the PTs dash colors perfectly..plus the pics I saw looked SO COOL like indiglo...extra $$ tho.
I gotta Boost and Pyrometer, maybe ill add an Air/Fuel Ratio in the future.
Good Luck!!

Rob

Deez-
First...LOVE the signature!!
Second...one cool thing I realized (from browsing the SRT-4 forums) was that with the dual stage u can eliminate tire spin from a standing start by starting on low boost then switching to high when u get moving...very cool...
Cant install until I get my gauges..
They need to get here NOWWWWW!!!
