I have the auto meter A/F and instaled a bosch single wire O2 sensor ($30) and it worked just fine. You do have to wait for the O2 sensor to warm up. You could buy a heated sensor then you would have to have a swiched 12 volt and ground wire to the sensor.

Any Thoughts?
Here is a reply I got back from Dawes Devices:

" Sorry for the delay in answering, we were on vacation. Our meter will not work with a wide-band O2 sensor, like the one on the 2.4L. What we normally suggest in such an instance is that you have a muffler shop fit an O2 sensor bung between the engine and the converter. This will cost about $25. Then, screw in an O2 sensor from a 91 Shadow (about $35). You will then have a monitoring system that is completely independent from the ECU. Hope this helps.

With the extra expense to make the new design compatible with the rest of the market, I don't know if the Dawes Devices model will save that much...... $115.00 for the set-up VS the cost of the Autometer Gauge and an industry standard 02 sensor and bung. I guess the Dawes unit will save some bucks' considering that on both choices you have to add the expense of making the host compatible with what the aftermarket offers.

Thanks Dalite!!! I apprieciate it.
Looks like the autometer all the way.
I just installed the dual pod. Will need to get a triple.....Maybe in the near future. Realized how important it actually is now that I have the boost controller installed.
