Default Conti Extream Contact

RSA's finally gave out @ 29K. After much study I decided on the Conti's at $500.00 installed. Took a 1K trip last weekend and am impressed with improved fuel milage (up 10%) and general drivability.
Have them at 42psi and road hugging is impressive. Am awaiting winter conditions and will report on snow covered roadways.

Nice report please keep us updated as I really want to compare those to my Yokos as far as handling, noise, and wear. All three are about 100% better than my RSA's altough I did get nearly 40,000 trouble free miles from them! BTW I put 42 lbs in fronts and 39 lbs in back. And I rotate mine ever 6,000 miles or close to it.

Replaced my RSA's after 6000 miles w Conti Extreme Contact 215 50 17.Now have 27,000 and they are going strong. Much better handling in the wet and snow than the Bad-Years. Regarding psi, I use 40lbs in front and 38 in the rear. Rear seats and shelf removed. Remember that you should fill according to the load.
Happy Motoring
