Default Rear shocks only ok???

I was wondering when we should consider getting new shocks? I have almost 50,000 and I notice sometimes when I hit a good bump that it sort of sounds like the shock bottoms out. Can just the rear ones be replaced? or do you need to get both sets?? Gary

Check those anti-sway bar end links, Gary. You may need to install that new kit sooner rather than later.

Technically, it is better to replace all of them at once. However, it is better to replace just the rears than to leave all of them alone when the ride has deteriorated.

Agree. The rears are a snap to do, and are cheaper to buy as well.
The fronts require a spring compressor.
