Default Damaged chrome wheel

Wife scraped r front wheel on curb with damage to rim and spoke. The scratches are too deep to simply buff out and dealer wants $400 for a new wheel. Do I have any alternatives other than buy a new wheel or live with the damaged one?

to the forum. Sorry to hear of the damage to the wheel on your GT. You might want to check E-Bay to see if you can find one, or, maybe somebody on these forums is "upgrading" and would sell you one. Good luck.

As Gary said...WELCOME to the forum. There are places that advertise in the back of car magazines that can straighten out and fix your wheels. You'd have to send them your wheel and wait till it's fixed and that might not be a good option for you. Here's one of the places that fixes and refinishes wheels: www.wheelcollision.com
