Default High Performance Tires

Has anyone else noticed that our only upgrade tire size (215 /50) is missing from most of the ultra performance availability lists?

It would be nice to have a performance upgrade along with the tire size upgrade. I was looking for a Parada Spec2, or a Neo Gen - not available in our size, just like many others in this class.

Jody and I are having great success with the Yokohama AVS100 215/50's. Love the tires! Did a lot of research before buying them. They seem to have won quite a few comparison tests.

Hope this helps,

Don

The AVS 100 looks like the best available now. I live in Southern Cal, just thought that it might be nice to see if the really HOT Autocross tires might be fun for the next set since rain isn't such an issue here, and it is definitely not M&S country.

You may find yourself outdriving the suspension with autocross tires. With the Yokohama's I'm finding quite a bit more grip. To the point where I have my buddy talking to his DC service mngr. friend trying to get me the rear sway bar on warranty. Also did a stop test today and almost put myself through the windshield. WAY more grip.
