Default Locking my wheels onto the car

Hello, I have a fairly new (3 mo old) gt with seventeen inch rims, that came with the car. I want to put some kind of locking device on them without harming the wheel. I bought some at the local Kragens but they aren't tapered like the lugs that came with the car. I was just at cruiserfest in Modesto and didn't see any locks on any of the tires there. Do cruiser owners just go without locks? Is there some place that I can get locks that are made or work well with the standard chrysler issued rims?
thanks to anyone who answers !!

Welcome to the forums! You can get the Mopar wheel locks from any dealer parts dept, or online from Wyckoff at:
--> http://store.yahoo.com/wyckoff-chrys...ruiswheel.html

Use the Discount from this web site for 5% off:
--> http://www.ptcruiserlinks.com/discounts/

They fit the GT.

I just bought these and installed tonite. Get the 2 piece ones they come with a chrome plastic screw-on cover (much like the na cruiser 15" hubcaps).

Gorilla makes a "tuner" lug with an outside spline that requires a special socket to install. I have them and they're great because all the lugs look the same. JC Whitney sells them... and they come in different colors, too.

Wow thanks you guys for the responses! What a treat to find an active forum like this! I went to the link that Jody posted, the wyckoff link and it says it's a one piece set, is that the set flshbk or Robgt? it looks like there's a cover there with it. That must have been why I didn't see any locking nuts at the show!
