Calipers are rusted? I'm sure they still work.
You're not going to get much better performance then OEM pads w/o going big, like the 13.5" Stoptechs.

Personally, I don't trust rusted calipers. I replace them (easy!) However, that being said, if the rubber seals are not dry, or cracked, or in generally rough condition, you might be able to get away with using them. If any sign of problems, however slight, replace (or rebuild) that sucker. Brakes are your front line of defense - don't cheap out on them.

Honestly I think it's silly to consider your crappy winter wheels when determining brakes. Wilwood brakes up front are only $550 for the set with everything you need to go to 12" rotors. All new calipers, pads, and rotors and you're already pushing $300 just to keep the same level of performance.

what you can do to protect them is by some caliper paint and paint them, that should keep them from rusting in the future. as for rear brakes do the same HP+ these brakes have a break in process and it involves hard to moderate repeated stops read the directions and follow them, you just cant put them on and use them, even if you went with a lower HPS you still have to break them in. and get new rotors while your at it. if you dont like stopping hard, the sound of brake squeel, and/or brake dust then dont buy them, they are an autocross/track pad. these pads work.
