Default Strangest Brake Problem

My Cruiser brakes by its self at low speeds, I had it the garage today and they cant find any thing wrong with brakes, when he took it for a test drive he said it did it to him and hes never come across it before.

ANY IDEAS he also said the ABS light and traction control light came on ?????

Disconnect the negative battery terminal for 15 minutes to reset the computer and see if that helps. Also check to make sure the brake fluid is not low.

try turning off the traction control. Other than that, brakes are pretty much mechanical so it takes an action to get a reaction. I can't imagine what would be compressing the hydraulics to make it brake.

Can you tell if it is front or rear.

Just a thought, are you sure it's the brakes being applied and not the transmission going into a lower gear which bring the car to almost a stop? Other that that, it's pretty much as Cal Cruzer says.
