Default Rear Sway bar Done by Dealer

After 2 tries it is done. Seems the bitch was that they could not get the nut that holds the bracket on tight enough because of not enough room to work there. So they used 10 mm crush nuts. It worked great! If anyone wants to see my warranty.bmp pic you can let me know and I will e-mail it. Someone made a statement that my dealer was doing this and not warranty, well not true, it is under Warranty and the .bmp will show you all the info. So I am happy, not out of pocket, and have a place to start if I need more bar after the stage 1.

LAF your dealeer did the right thing mine wont. They show me the TSB sorta thing that says no need for rear bar and that DC takes no responsibility if you or dealer installs it and bad things happen. these are my words but that is what they said. The dealer may right it up as a warranty item but DC will not issue a reimbursement for that warranty work. They have been warned according to my dealer. Is he telling me the truth? Who knows???? DC should have stepped in and said to all that if the buyer wants the bar and is willing to sign a waiver then they should get it!! That is the right thing to do!! Only a handfull of dealers are putting them on for the buyer that complains!

My Bad info.

At the time I had my sway bar done(April)by my dealer, DCX was standing firm on "NO SWAYBAR", so Tuttle-Click in Irvine Ca. ate the cost to do it for me.

I am amazed and relieved that DCX has seen some rays of the light.
