Clunking. Or if they look like this:

Not likely the bar itself is worn. The ones pictured are usually the ones to go but the end links are also possible.

I agree with mopar_man, you get a pretty distinctive clunk felt through the body.

Your control arm bushings could be bad too. The replacement of those is a little more involved than replaced the sway bar bushings. If there's a reputable shop nearby that does free estimates, have them put the car up in the air to check them. They'll show you that they're bad if you ask them to. If they are, get the Energy Suspension kit off of eBay for ~$40 shipped. Or if you really want to go wild and you can do the work yourself (it would be expensive to get a shop to do it), get the full front and rear Energy Suspension bushing kit for ~$125.

Bad endlinks will cause a creaking sound like the front end is fifty years old. Happened to my wife's '04. The OEM endlink bushings are cheap and wear out sooner than expected. Look at the two bushings that hold the bar to the frame plus the screws that hold the brackets have been known to snap off.

I added a rear swar bar, and it was fine at first, then gave a sideways movement - the clamps that held the bar to the axle needed tightening - all was well after tightening.
