Default KW suspension

Anyone going to get the stage 3 suspension from MOPAR/KW???
It sounds sweet![:X]
I think for those of us who like to push the car on the twisties it might be as good or better than the stage 1 turbo upgrade.

I wonder if they will not warranty these also??

Cheers,
LIP

Actually, not a single Mopar Performance Part has ever been warranted (other than what you read on their web page)....

Buy it direct. Get it cheaper. Get a warranty.

Those are not available yet, but I bet the car will handle nicely.

As usual we have our anti-DCX readers, you can buy from who you like to buy, it's just a matter of choice and preferences.

I'm not anti-DCX, I just want to see a change.
Here is an example:

Buy a 2004 PT Turbo, replace an injector - the part is warranted/ warranty intact.

Buy the same part through MPP - the part is not only unwarranted, if it breaks and takes anything with it, those parts are also unwarranted as is the service to repair the damage!

All spelled out specifically by the written MPP warranty!

This is not anti-DCX it is anti-absurdity!

If the shoe fits...

Yeah right, I bet Kirby here will find the PCM supplier and buy a Stage I direct from them, maybe they will warrant it. We all know DCX doesn't make those.

And maybe we can get of list of suppliers and build our own cars in our garages, away from the crooks of DCX and the bigger crooks at the dealer right??

Please, gimme a break.

I still haven't heard from anyone a good reason why Mopar cannot warranty their products. I don't know what goes on in Mexico, but in Canada almost *everything*, both industrial and consumer, carries some sort of warranty.
What he is saying is KW warranties their products so it's almost better to buy it from them...why would you buy something from a company who doesn't warranty their product when you can get the same thing from someone who does???
If we were all anti-DC we wouldn't have bought this car. I love it!!! I just would like to continue to improve it with D-C components but the warranty nonsense is in the way. This discussion will not go away...hopefully Mopar will get the message as I know the same is felt by a lot of the SRT-4 guys.
Cheers,
LIP

The Truth Hurts! Most flag wavers don't have an answer other than to lash out.

The answer is as simple as:

If you're scared to death that it does not come with a warranty don't buy, but stop telling everyone not to buy it.

You may buy an aftermarket boost controller that comes with a warranty, but it only warrants that part, if your engine blows you're on your own, and now we're back where we started.

To buy or not to buy from MPP? That is the question.

Like I said, it is a matter of choice. To me at least warranties are not an issue, I use MPP parts as I use aftermarket parts and I don't root for either company, I just share my experiences and beliefs, other readers are so scared about warranties that they want to scare other readers too so they don't feel so alone.

I assume we're all big boys, old enough to make our own choices no matter what we "flag wavers?" say or "babies who cry wolf say".

Anyway I think thes coil-overs will make wonders for the car, as the H&R's do.

A lot of the coil over sets i've seen seem to run the same price range.
