215/50-17 Less than 1 mph speedo difference(actual speed faster)
225/45-17 Virtually no difference 215/45-17 about 1 mphspeedo difference (actual speed slower) That expensive Michelin Pilot may be the one they put on the SRT-4. Play with tire size only if you feel comfortable, jus know that a lot of people have tried a wider tire without much trouble, one challenge would be chains and suspension clearance for the front. Do you drive in much snow? Will you have an alternate set for winter? |

Kirby,
The 2003 SRT-4 uses Michelin Pilot Sports. The 2004 SRT-4 uses BF Goodrich g-Force T/As. Scott

Thanks! I know that I had read in the SRT-4 site, some people weren't impressed with the Pilots. The g-Force is THE tire on almost everyone's list. Both are quite a lot more expensive than the Yokos, or NeoGens.
