Yea Ive been considering just getting a new spring set and ditching the BTGs. Although the rake is apealing to me, wheel gap is a priority. The BTG's rears are simply not cutting it. The rears are the most forgiving as you dont have to worry about curbing the rear bumper, and the fact that my rear end is hovering like stock is a dissapointment.

Most likely, in a few months, you will see my BTG set for sale [V]

Forgive my ignorance if this is a silly question (I've never lowered a vehicle before, mine have all gone in the opposite direction ) but do lowering springs "cure" at all? Just wondering if it might sink down a little to an acceptable level once they've had some use put on them.

Beacon: Not a dumb question at all.

Its called settling and most springs do, but I suppose that most of the time it would be to their advertised height. My car was noticeable higher immediately after I installed them. Soon after, others noticed it had dropped.

My front dropped more than the back. That is why I am not completely happy. As advertised by PT-tuning, the springs retain the rake thus the rear of the car is still higher than the front. This is not PT-tuning's fault. The springs work exactly as advertised. I am however looking at new springs for the rear to get it lower.

not surprised the front settled more than the rears. Have to handle a lot more mass than the back springs. I really think sway bars aer in my future.

I have the Eibach Springs, and I love the look, with the exception of the wheels. The stock wheels aren't wide enough. The car definitley has that "chicken legged look," as mentioned. Other than the slim stock tires though, the kit functions great.

All in all, with the suspension upgrades I have, the driveability has increased a ten fold, as turns are tight with limited body roll; and overall, the car looks far more compact than before.

Agreed. Looks-wse, BTG are not good enough, IMO (for a lot of people its teh perfect height). Performance-wise they are definetly worth it. Haven't done the sway bars but he corners well for being without them.
