OK OK Moondoggie, that forecast sounds more like June for these parts (-3C forecast tonight).

Punch, you mention the wheels look wimpy, do you think the wimp factor will go up much if they were 15's?

Not that looks are a huge concern while sliding sideways across four lanes of black ice, I just want the rubber to stick as good as possible, to that end I may go with the Blizzaks(sp), had these on a rear drive mini van, they were the only thing that held that puppy to the road.

It does change the look, perhaps some of those cheapy wheel covers from CT for the winter, or even the baby moons?

Oh well, the main thing is you'll be safer this winter.

Nice LAF, they look good on those rims, but how will the rims hold up in the cold and the salt?

PainT,
I used my factory Alum. wheels on my Tacoma as snows, remomoveing my 18" Smith Twisters, for 7 years here in PA and they looked new when I got rid of the truck. I paid 45.00 each for the pictured wheels, my Brother did better and got them for 32.00. At the cost I am not too concerned. Wax em, hydro spray in the winter and they should be fine.
