I'm just glad I don't have to worry about getting any snow tires! If it snows here (which it does occasionally) everything comes to a stand still, schools close as well as most businesses, you just stay home for a day or two and wait for it to melt.

Don't forget Walmart,$8. per wheel less than crappie tire and they had them in stock.this is for 16inch VW rims and they fit with lots of clearance .Got a set of BFG Snow Tracs at family price and we're all set .Are they using crushed stone and calcium on all the highways in Ontario this winter? Sure is beatin' heck out of my paint.

Well took off my alum wheels and snows to put the factory back on for summer. I don't like it! I have driven on these Alum. wheels and Dunlop M/S M4's for 4000 miles or so and I am spoiled. The car is a pig to stop now, too much weight.

Would entertain all offers on 4 Stock 17" chrome wheels and tires with 1000 miles on them. Gonna e-bay them otherwise.

try the neon forums first, neons.org , neoncanada.com/forums , and obviously the srtforums

I think that tire rack had some Kosei K1s in 17 x 7 that weighed 15lbs, they were about 200/wheel. There is also the ssr competitions, but they are 400/wheel.

You may also want to check out Rotas http://www.jaydm.com/wheels.htm
they are light and cheap, most are availible w/ 5 x 100 w/ a 45offset. I'm not sure what the correct offset for the PTGT is thou.

Hey guys. New owner of a '04 GT here, and I'm already thinking about snow. I'm looking for advice on wheels / tires for winter only. Car is completely stock (so far), and no lowering in the near future. Any experienced owners have any help for me?

do a 15in steel wheel and tire combo, just use the stock n/a size and make sure that you order rims for the gt.
