Chrysler uses a pressed in stud, you can buy them one by one at your local auto parts store or get them directly from Chrysler. To get longer studs (to use spacers or special wheels), I would guess that a simple eyeball measurement woud get what you want.

You can use a hammer to knock the old ones out, but if you are installing a whole set, it would be better to take your spindles to a machine shop and have them pressed out and replaced (still not all that expensive if you take the spindles in yourself.

There is a tool that is kind of like a pliers that tire shops use. YOu can just pop out the old one and use this device to press in the new one without taking the hub off.
